  • CNIC or B-Form.
  • Candidate’s father’s CNIC.
  • 4 passport-sized photographs.

  • Hafiz-e-Quran Benefit: Candidates with Hafiz-e-Quran certification will receive an additional 20 marks added to their F.Sc score for merit calculation.
